What is my statutory notice period?


Within the contract types flex contract, Phase A without continued payment of wages, Phase A with continued payment of wages, Phase B and Phase C, a statutory notice period of one month applies. Notice of termination must be confirmed to us by e-mail. 

If the duration of the contract is shorter than the statutory notice period, an interim notice can be given. 

Example: on March 6, 2023, you send an e-mail that you want to terminate your contract with PRO HRM. Your contract then ends on April 6, 2023. 

 

*If you agree with your client to terminate earlier, we would like to hear from both sides.
