How is a timesheet prepared?
Have you agreed with the Intermediary that you enter your hours worked yourself? Then in Flexportal there is a tile Fill in Hours.
If you do not see the tile, it may be that you have not yet completed your registration. To do this, go to Employee enrollments in the left menu in Flexportal. Complete the open enrollment. You will then receive a contract from PRO HRM and can then enter your hours worked.
How should I write hours?
In Flexportal you will see a tile 'Enter hours'. After choosing a placement and a period, open the timesheet by clicking the badge again. Then you can enter your hours worked and click 'Offer' to send the timesheet.
Please note:
- The timesheet is not sent when you click 'Save'. You do not send it until you click 'Offer'.
- PRO HRM processes the hours on Wednesday. Approved hours must therefore be received by us by Tuesday at 10 a.m. at the latest. We will send a reminder by email on Monday and/or Tuesday to the person who needs to take action.
Change percentage pay
Your timesheet will automatically give you the option to enter your normal 100% hours. Do you work shifts or have you worked overtime? If so, click on the arrow to the left before the dates to select these options. It is important that you enter the hours worked as the correct type. If you did not work because you were sick or there was a holiday, for example, you do not need to enter hours on these day(s). Do you want to have leave hours paid out? Then enter these hours under the type of vacations.
Comments about your timesheet?
When you fill in the timesheet you will see the 'Comment' button at the top. With this function you can send a comment with your timesheet to your client. At the top of the completed timesheet you will find the button 'Send a message'.
With this function you can send a message to PRO HRM about the completed timesheet.
With the not yet filled out timesheets you will find the button 'Send a message' via 'Other actions', this way it is also possible to send a message directly to PRO HRM.
