I have not received a paycheck


All timesheets submitted complete by 10 a.m. on Wednesday during the week of payment will be included in the payment by us. For a timesheet to be complete, the hours must be completed and  approved by the client or intermediary.


Have you not received a paycheck? Then we may not have received your timesheet on time, or it may not have been approved yet. There is then no new pay slip ready for you. You will then receive your salary the following week at the next payment moment. Make sure your timesheet is complete.

 

Have you not been paid, but there is a pay slip ready for you? Check your bank account number in Flexportal. This can also be found on your payslip. Contact us to pass on the correct number. Is the bank account number correct? Call us for more information.


Please note! Do you have a fixed monthly salary and have not received a salary? Then contact us anyway.
