My salary is not correct
How annoying that you feel your salary is not correct.
This can have several causes, so always check your payslip in Flexportal.
Check if the hours you worked are correct. You, or the company you work for, reported these hours in a timesheet. Note! If a timesheet has not yet been approved, we cannot yet pay it out.
Contact us if the hours on the payslip do not match the hours you worked. We will look into the cause with you. If something has indeed gone wrong, we will adjust it for you. This way we will make sure that you are paid the correct hours.
